What's Happening: Weekend of 9/3 thru 9/6

(WZZM)- The start of the college football season may provide entertainment for some this Labor Day weekend. For others, there are lots of entertainment events taking place around West Michigan to choose from. We're highlighting some of them here.

In Muskegon, the Breakwater Festival is celebrating the last few days of summer. Pere Marquette Beach plays host to the event which includes beverage tents, live music, a motorcycle run, and a scholarship pageant.

Also in Muskegon this weekend is the Shoreline Spectacular. A parade, car show, arts and crafts fair, frisbee dog competition, pancake breakfast, and live music are just a few of the highlights of the event taking place on Western Avenue.
