MUSKEGON, Mich.-- A high school friend from days of old suggested I visit Handsome Henry's American/Italian Kitchen and Bar in Muskegon.   It sounded interesting and since we were going to be in the neighborhood soon, we made plans to meet some other Muskegon friends for lunch.    The front of the building was very inviting: bright red painted brick, black roof and sunny yellow umbrellas on the patio tables, next to a soothing pond.  After a little confusion as to how to enter, we discovered the entrance was actually in the rear. The same brightly colored theme carried throughout the dining area and bar with walls of purple, gray, and orange and beautiful tile work of the same. I loved the stenciled words on one wall that said "Laugh, Laugh, Laugh."  We were seated immediately at a table with an artsy tablecloth protected by glass. A quick glance around told me it was a spotlessly clean facility.  This looked to be a promising meal!   Miranda stopped by our table to offer menus and suggest the pizza/pasta/salad bar,  which came with a complimentary glass of wine.  The menu was extensive and it took a long time for all four of us to make decisions, but Miranda was patient and gave us the time needed.   For more of this story, go to Grabbin' A Bite.
