Ready to be the Best Babysitter on the Block? | Events
The American Red Cross will be offering Baby Sitter Training.
This class will provide youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to responsibly give care to children and infants. Baby Sitter training will help participants to keep themselves and others safe, help children behave, and learn about basic child care and first aid.
The course is approximately six hours long and combines lecture, interactive video demonstrations and multiple hands on practice sessions. The course is designed for 11-15 year olds.
Upon successful completion, each participant will receive a certification from the Red Cross and a packet containing a book and CD. PLEASE BRING A SACK LUNCH TO TRAINING.
The classes will be held at the American Red Cross at 313 W. Webster, in downtown Muskegon.
It is scheduled for: Saturday, August 25, 9:00am-4:00pm
