Suspects face charges for stealing from Good Samaritans
NORTON SHORES, Mich (WZZM) -- Two people are facing charges for trying to take advantage of good samaritans.
On December 6th, Norton Shores officers say a female suspect approached a gentleman asking for car help in a Meijer parking lot. When the man checked the oil of the female suspect's car, a male accomplice of the female stole the good samaritan's wallet.
The stolen credit cards were then used throughout North Shores and Fruitport Township. Police say similar crimes took place in Muskegon and Grand Haven Township.
Officers arrested two people in connection to the case this week.
