Muskegon Photo Gallery | Students express gratituded this Thanksgiving by giving to those less fortunate

Students at Timberland Charter Academy recently celebrated Thanksgiving with a huge holiday feast at the school with classmates and family members.

As a way to express their gratitude for the things they have this year and give back to the community, the students also collected donations and non-perishable food items for Feeding America West Michigan food bank and collected pop cans and UPCs from ConAgra Food brands in order to raise additional funds.

"It really feels good to help people. I am so glad I got to do this. This really starts my Thanksgiving off right!,” said student Kelvon Copeland.
